- 1 2013 - now Founder & Managing Director Agro Village Limited Agro Village Limited is a visionary agri-business enterprise dedicated to building sustainable, scalable, and community-driven agricultural ecosystems in Bangladesh. Established in 2014, the company aims to bridge the gap between modern agribusiness innovation and rural prosperity. Through land-based projects, inclusive farming models, and agro-tourism ventures, Agro Village empowers farmers, promotes eco-conscious practices, and fosters rural entrepreneurship.
- 2 2015-Now Founder, CEO Chandmama BD Limited Chandmama BD Limited is a visionary social-enterprise platform working to connect, empower, and co-own the future of Bangladesh’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. With a bold mission to create 100,000 entrepreneurs from every village, Chandmama BD is designed as a people-owned movement, where every entrepreneur becomes a shareholder and changemaker. At its heart lies a powerful philosophy: “One Village, One Website, One Entrepreneur.” This means every village in Bangladesh will have its own digital presence and at least one trained entrepreneur representing that village — digitally connected, locally rooted, and nationally empowered.

- 4 2011 - 2012 Master in Botany Chittagong College,Chittagong Md Abdur Rashid Sohag holds a Master’s degree in Botany from the prestigious Chittagong College. His academic foundation in plant sciences instilled a deep appreciation for systems thinking, sustainability, and environmental balance—principles that continue to shape his entrepreneurial vision for safer, greener, and smarter student transportation solutions.
- 5 2007 - 2011 Bachelor of Science Chittagong College, Chittagong Md Abdur Rashid Sohag earned his Bachelor’s degree in Botany from Chittagong College, where he developed a strong foundation in biological sciences, research, and ecological systems. This academic journey nurtured his early interest in sustainability and environmental impact, later influencing the core mission behind Pupil School Bus Ltd.—to create eco-conscious and community-driven transport solutions for students.
- 6 2004 - 2006 HSC Barawlia Degree College Md Abdur Rashid Sohag completed his HSC in Science from Barawlia Degree College, where he gained in-depth knowledge in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics. This academic phase laid the groundwork for his analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and passion for scientific learning. - 6 2002 - 2004 SSC Nasirabad Govt. High School Md Abdur Rashid Sohag completed his SSC in Science from Nasirabad Government High School, Chattogram.
